·      STALL HOLDERS LOAD IN: From 8.00am.

·      Public Access: 10.00am – 3.00pm.

·      Please do not start packing down until at least 2.30pm.

ACCESS / LOAD IN / PARKING

Flat floor access is via either the front or rear entrance. There is a small car park located next to the venue, which is suitable for loading and unloading.

However we ask that all vehicles are moved to the free public car park, opposite the venue after 8.30am

TABLES

Tables (typically 6ft x 2ft6" / 183cm x 76cm) are supplied by us and are included in the booking fee.

• Please do not bring table extensions or your own additional tables. This will impact on the limited space and on other stall holders. If you need more space, buy another table! However, you can also display materials under the tables, provided you do not exceed the table length. Seating is also provided.

ALL BOOKINGS ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS OR NON ATTENDANCE
